Protect & Maintain

All earrings are made durable to be able to withstand certain wear and tear.  But often, with the nature of fibers, they may need a little TLC from time to time. 

To maintain form/shape, gently crunch tassel skirts in a downward motion. To avoid tassel creasing, gently steam/iron the tassel skirt at lowest temperature, then lay them flat to dry and cool down. 

Wash & Dry

All earrings are washable and fade resistant.  If stained or dirty, gently wash (tassel skirt only) in cold water with hand soap or yarn soap. Gently press excess water out with fingers or paper towel and lay flat to dry.

In cases where earrings are damaged in transit or upon arrival, please send pictures immediately to info@taleestudio.com and we will consider options for replacements or repair. We do not offer any refunds after a purchase has been placed. 

Damages 

All pieces are handmade and therefore must be handled with care.  If your earrings require repair due to wear, we offer Free Repair Service for any and all purchases.  Please contact lorraine@taleestudio.com to make arrangements to send it back to us and get it fixed.
