Lunar Collection | Brian Khoo x TALEE

The Brian Khoo Lunar 2021 collection takes inspiration from chinoiserie decors. Surreal natural landscapes, lush garden vignettes and blossom motifs sprawling across dewy satins and cloudy crepes. Light of euphoria illuminated by the flutter of feminine ruffles and motions of tasseled fringes and feathers. The layered with intuitive placement of gold touches distinctly captures the style of the renowned Japanese Kintsugi ( golden repair ) techniques. 

This unique collaboration features handmade intricate TALEE knot designs that weaves through the details of the Chinoiserie landscape. The curated forms are inspired by the seasonal elements of an oriental garden twinning through the silhouette of a butterfly’s wings and the semblance of a wild goldfish that is presented as a distinct piece to the Lunar 2021 collection.
